The pop-up window that most likely appeared above this window is the price of free web hosting.  If you click it off, it will return every time you change the page.  If you do not intend to investigate the links on the pop-up window, mac users can simply click on this main window when it appears, and the pop-up will remain behind it, or pc users simply minimize.
